クラスの人とたくさん話したいと思ってるけど、なんて声かけたらいいかわからない… 何人かで固まって話してる子たちの中に入れない… 先生とも仲良くなって雑談とかしたい。だけど、授業の話とか、連絡事の話とか、事務的な話しか出来てない…休み時間に先生と楽しそうに話してる子たちが羨ましい!!私だって話したい!! 校長、教頭、どうすれば話すのが得意になりますか？
中学のとき運動部でした！ 運動すると、疲れるんだけど、逆にどんどん疲れが取れて清々しい気持ちになります！ 運動はストレス発散になるし、疲れを取ってくれます！あとやはり、楽しい！！！
